At Glacier Mattress, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Here is a detailed overview of our return policy for each product category:

Mattresses

365-Day Return Policy:

  • Opened Mattresses: You may initiate a return request for an opened mattress anytime between 30 days and 365 days following delivery. We recommend trying your mattress for at least 30 nights to allow your body to adjust.
  • Unopened Mattresses: Return requests for unopened mattresses are accepted from the day of delivery until 60 days thereafter. Mattresses unopened 60 days post-delivery are deemed misused and will not qualify for returns or warranty claims.
  • Return Process:
    • Contact Customer Service: Reach out to our team via email or phone to initiate the return.
    • Schedule a Pickup: We will arrange for the mattress to be picked up from your home.
    • Refund Processing: Refunds are processed immediately upon mattress pickup and inspection. A $125 fee may be deducted if the mattress is found to be damaged or unsanitary.

Foundations

No Returns:

  • Foundations: We do not accept returns for foundations. Once purchased, they are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Warranty: Our foundations come with a three-year warranty. If there are issues covered under the warranty, we will replace the foundation at no additional charge, with a $75 shipping fee.

Pillows, Mattress Protectors, and Sheets

30-Day Return Policy:

  • Unused Items: Pillows, mattress protectors, and sheets can be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused and in their original, unopened packaging.
  • Return Process:
    • Contact Customer Service: Reach out to initiate the return.
    • Prepare the Items: Ensure they are in their original packaging.
    • Return Shipping: We will provide return instructions and a shipping label.
    • Refund Processing: Refunds are processed immediately upon receipt and inspection of the returned items.
