At Glacier Mattress, we are committed to providing you with the highest quality products and ensuring your satisfaction. Our mattresses come with a comprehensive LifeTime Limited Warranty to give you peace of mind. Here are the details of our mattress warranty:

LifeTime Limited Warranty

Coverage:

  • Initial 10 Years: If your warranty claim is approved within the first 10 years, you are entitled to a brand-new mattress at no cost.
  • Beyond 10 Years:Starting in the 11th year, the warranty converts into a discount on your original purchase price:
    • 11th Year: Enjoy a 50% discount on a new mattress.
    • 12th Year: The discount decreases by 10% annually.
    • Subsequent Years: The discount stabilizes at 10% for the remainder of your ownership.

What is Covered

  • Manufacturing Defects: Any defects in materials or workmanship.
  • Sagging and Indentations: Visible indentations or sagging greater than 1 inch that are not associated with an improper foundation or bed frame.
  • Foam Deterioration: Physical flaws in the foam causing it to split or crack, despite normal usage and proper handling.

What is Not Covered

  • Normal Wear and Tear: Increase in softness of the foam or a normal decrease in the recovery feature of the foam over time.
  • Physical Damage: Burns, cuts, tears, liquid damage, or stains caused by improper use or cleaning.
  • Improper Foundation: Issues arising from the use of an improper or unsupportive foundation or bed frame.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

  1. Contact Customer Service:

    • Reach out to our customer service team via email or phone to initiate a warranty claim.
    • Provide your order details and a description of the issue, along with photos if possible.
  2. Evaluation:

    • Our team will evaluate your claim and may request additional information or photos to assess the issue.
  3. Approval and Replacement:

    • Once your claim is approved, we will arrange for a replacement mattress. For claims within the first 10 years, a new mattress will be provided at no cost. For claims beyond 10 years, the applicable discount will be applied.
  4. Shipping and Fees:

    • In the event of a warranty claim, there may be a shipping fee for the replacement mattress. Our team will provide details during the claim process.

  • Proper Care: To maintain your warranty, ensure you are using a supportive foundation and taking proper care of your mattress.


Your Responsibilities

To ensure the warranty remains valid, please follow these guidelines:

  • Proper Foundation: The mattress must be used on a solid, firm surface (such as a bed base) that is capable of supporting its weight.
  • Proof of Purchase: Original proof of purchase must be provided for all warranty claims.
  • Return Shipping Fee: After the first 10 years, a $50 shipping fee, each way, may apply for shipping replacement mattresses or parts. This fee will be waived if a defect in materials or workmanship is confirmed.
  • Evidence of Defect: Glacier may request photo evidence in lieu of returning the product for inspection.

Warranty Limitations, Disclaimers, and Limitation of Liability

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • This warranty and its remedies are exclusive, in lieu of all other warranties, whether oral or written.
  • Glacier is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages caused by product defects.
  • The total liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the mattress.

Arbitration Agreement

In the event of a dispute, it will be resolved through binding arbitration. Arbitration will be conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under their rules, and the arbitration process will be confidential.

  • Procedure: Each party will appoint one arbitrator, and a third arbitrator will be appointed by the AAA.

Governing Law

This Limited Warranty is governed by the laws of the State of California.
