At Glacier Mattress, we aim to provide a smooth and hassle-free refund process to ensure your satisfaction. Below are the details of our refund policy:

General Refund Policy

Immediate Refunds Upon Order Cancellation:

  • Order Cancellation: If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, we will process your refund immediately.
  • Processing Time: It may take 24-48 hours for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Refunds Upon Mattress Pickup:

  • Return Requests: If you initiate a return request for a mattress, refunds will be processed immediately upon pickup of the mattress from your location.
  • Inspection: If the mattress is found to be damaged or unsanitary, a $125 fee may be deducted from your refund.

Product-Specific Refund Policies

Mattress:

  • Trial Period: You may request a refund anytime between 30 days and 365 days following delivery.
  • Opened Mattresses: Refunds are provided immediately upon mattress pickup.
  • Unopened Mattresses: Refund requests for unopened mattresses are accepted from the day of delivery until 60 days thereafter. Refunds are processed immediately upon order cancellation or return approval.

Foundation:

  • No Returns: Refunds are not available for foundations as they are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Warranty Claims: If you experience issues covered under warranty, a replacement will be provided, but no refund will be issued.

Pillow, Mattress Protector, Sheets:

  • Return Period: Unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Refund Processing: Refunds for returned pillows, mattress protectors, and sheets will be processed immediately upon receipt and inspection of the returned items.

Additional Information

  • Processing Time: While we process refunds immediately upon order cancellation or product pickup, please note that it may take 24-48 hours for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Inspection Fee: A $125 fee may be deducted from your refund if the returned mattress is found to be damaged or unsanitary.
