At Glacier Mattress, we understand that you may need to return items even if they have been opened. Below are the details of our return policy for open items:
Mattresses
Returning Open Mattresses:
- Trial Period: You may initiate a return request for an opened mattress anytime between 30 days and 365 days following delivery.
- Initial Adjustment Period: We recommend trying your mattress for at least 30 nights to allow your body to adjust to the new comfort and support levels.
- Return Process:
- Contact Customer Service: Reach out to our customer service team via email or phone to initiate the return process.
- Schedule a Pickup: We will arrange for the mattress to be picked up from your home at a convenient time.
- Inspection: Once the mattress is picked up and inspected, we will process your refund immediately. If the mattress is found to be damaged or unsanitary, a $125 fee may be deducted from your refund.
Bedding Items (Pillows, Mattress Protectors, Sheets)
Returning Open Bedding Items:
- Unused Condition: For pillows, mattress protectors, and sheets, returns are accepted only if the items are unused and in their original, unopened packaging.
- Return Process for Unused Items:
- Contact Customer Service: Reach out to our customer service team via email or phone to initiate the return process.
- Prepare the Items: Ensure that the bedding items are in their original, unopened packaging.
- Return Shipping: Our team will provide you with return instructions and a shipping label. Send the items back to us using the provided shipping label.
- Inspection and Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund immediately.
Additional Information
- Damaged or Unsanitary Items: If a mattress is found to be damaged or unsanitary, a $125 fee may be deducted from your refund.
- No Returns for Used Bedding: We do not accept returns for bedding items (pillows, mattress protectors, sheets) if they have been used or opened.
