At Glacier Mattress, we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Below are the details of our exchange policy for each product category.
Mattress
Exchange Policy:
- Traditional Exchange Process: To exchange your mattress, you must first return the original mattress through our returns process.
- Purchase Replacement: You have the option to purchase your replacement mattress before receiving the refund for your returned mattress.
- Condition: If the original mattress is damaged or unsanitary, let us know, and we will work with you to determine the next steps.
- Inspection Fee: A $125 fee may be deducted if the mattress is found to be damaged or unsanitary.
How to Initiate an Exchange:
- Contact Customer Service: Reach out to our customer service team via email or phone to initiate an exchange.
- Return the Original Mattress: Follow the return process for your original mattress.
- Select and Purchase Replacement: Choose your replacement mattress and complete the purchase if you wish to receive it before the refund.
Foundation
Exchange Policy:
- No Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges for foundations.
Warranty Coverage:
- If you experience issues with your foundation, our three-year warranty ensures that, upon approval of your claim, we will replace your foundation at no additional charge, although a $75 shipping fee applies.
Pillow
Exchange Policy:
- No Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges for pillows.
Return Policy:
- Unused Only: Pillows can be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused.
Mattress Protector
Exchange Policy:
- No Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges for mattress protectors.
Return Policy:
- Unused Only: Mattress protectors can be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused.
Sheets
Exchange Policy:
