What is the Trial Period for Glacier Mattress?

At Glacier Mattress, we believe that finding the perfect mattress is crucial for a good night’s sleep. That’s why we offer an extensive trial period to ensure you have plenty of time to determine if our mattress is the right fit for you.

365-Day Trial Period

Duration: Our trial period lasts for a full 365 days from the date of delivery. This means you have an entire year to sleep on your new Glacier Mattress in the comfort of your own home.

How It Works

1. Initial Adjustment Period:

   • We recommend sleeping on your new mattress for at least 30 nights. This allows your body to adjust to the new support and comfort levels.
   • During this time, you may notice some initial adjustments as your body adapts to the mattress.

2. Deciding to Keep or Return:

   • If, after the initial 30-night adjustment period and within the 365-day trial, you find that the Glacier Mattress isn’t the perfect fit, you can initiate a return.
   • Contact our customer service team to start the return process.

Return Process

1. Contact Us:

   • Reach out to our customer service team via email or phone to initiate a return.
   • Provide your order details and reason for the return.

2. Return Approval:

   • Our team will guide you through the return process and provide any necessary instructions.
   • Please ensure the mattress is in good condition and free from damage or stains.

3. Pickup and Refund:

   • We will arrange for the mattress to be picked up from your home at no additional cost.
   • Once the mattress is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Note that there may be a $125 fee deducted if the mattress is found to be damaged or unsanitary.

Unopened Mattresses

• Unopened Returns: If the mattress is unopened, you can initiate a return from the day of delivery up to 60 days thereafter.
• Post-60 Days: Unopened mattresses are considered misused if they are not returned within 60 days of delivery and will not qualify for returns or warranty claims.

Additional Information

• Return Fees: A $125 fee may be deducted from your refund if the mattress is damaged or unsanitary.
• Warranty: The trial period is separate from our LifeTime Limited Warranty, which covers manufacturing defects and other issues. You can read more about our warranty here.
