Three-Year Warranty
Coverage:
- Duration: The warranty is valid for three years from the date of purchase.
- What is Covered:The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, including:
- Structural defects in the frame
- Issues with the foundation slats or support system
- Any other manufacturing defects that affect the performance of the foundation
What is Not Covered:
- Normal Wear and Tear: The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or cosmetic damages that do not affect the functionality of the foundation.
- Physical Damage: Any damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper handling is not covered under the warranty.
- Improper Use: Damage resulting from using the foundation with an improper mattress or bed frame is not covered.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
