At Glacier Mattress, we are committed to providing you with high-quality products that ensure your satisfaction. Our foundations come with a three-year warranty to give you peace of mind. Here are the details of our foundation warranty:

Three-Year Warranty

Coverage:

  • Duration: The warranty is valid for three years from the date of purchase.
  • What is Covered:The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, including:
    • Structural defects in the frame
    • Issues with the foundation slats or support system
    • Any other manufacturing defects that affect the performance of the foundation

What is Not Covered:

  • Normal Wear and Tear: The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or cosmetic damages that do not affect the functionality of the foundation.
  • Physical Damage: Any damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper handling is not covered under the warranty.
  • Improper Use: Damage resulting from using the foundation with an improper mattress or bed frame is not covered.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

  1. Contact Customer Service:

    • Phone: Call our customer service team at 1 877-398-1765.
  2. Provide Necessary Information:

    • Order Details: Include your order number, purchase date, and proof of purchase (such as a receipt or invoice).
    • Description of the Issue: Clearly describe the issue you are experiencing with your foundation. Be as detailed as possible.
    • Photos: Attach photos that show the issue. For example, if there is a structural defect, take pictures of the affected areas.
  3. Evaluation:

    • Our customer service team will review your claim and the provided information. They may contact you for additional details or photos if needed.
  4. Claim Approval:

    • Once your claim is evaluated and approved, we will proceed with the next steps.
    • We will replace your foundation at no additional charge.
  5. Shipping Fee:

    • Please note, there is a $75 shipping fee for the replacement foundation.
