We stand behind the quality of the GlacierSleep Adjustable Base with a 20-Year Limited Warranty. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

Warranty Coverage Timeline

Year 1 – Full Coverage

What’s covered: All defects in materials or workmanship.
Includes: Parts and labor.
Not covered: Transportation costs.

Years 2–15 – Electronic Parts Prorated Coverage

What’s covered:

• Motors

• Control box

• Power supply

• Remote

• Massage motor

• LED lights

• USB ports

Coverage: 50% of parts cost covered.
Your responsibility: Remaining 50% of parts cost + all labor.
Extra perk: Replacement parts shipped free within the contiguous U.S.

Years 3–20 – Steel Frame Coverage

What’s covered: Defective structural steel parts.
Coverage: Replacement parts at no cost.
Your responsibility: Labor and transportation costs.
Alternative option: Receive a comparable new model at 50% of the original purchase price if labor/transport costs are too high.

Important Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage from misuse, mishandling, or improper operation.

• Unauthorized repairs or modifications.

• Use exceeding the 650 lbs weight limit (including people, mattress, and bedding).

• Proof of purchase is required for all claims.

• Repairs or replacements under warranty do not extend the original warranty period.
