At Glacier Mattress, we aim to provide our customers with the best possible service. However, please note that our foundations do not have a return policy. Here are the details regarding the return and exchange policy for foundations:
Foundation Return Policy
No Returns:
- Foundations: We do not accept returns for foundations. Once purchased, foundations are not eligible for return or refund.
Warranty Coverage
Three-Year Warranty:
- Warranty: Our foundations come with a three-year warranty. This warranty ensures that, upon approval of your claim, we will replace your foundation at no additional charge.
- Shipping Fee: Please note, there is a $75 shipping fee for the replacement foundation.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
Contact Customer Service:
- Reach out to our customer service team via email or phone to initiate a warranty claim.
- Provide your order details and a description of the issue.
Review and Approval:
- Our team will review your claim and may request additional information or photos to assess the issue.
- Once your claim is approved, we will proceed with the replacement process.
Replacement and Shipping:
- A replacement foundation will be shipped to you, and a $75 shipping fee will apply.
- We will arrange for the delivery of the new foundation as soon as possible.
