At Glacier Mattress, we aim to provide our customers with the best possible service. However, please note that our foundations do not have a return policy. Here are the details regarding the return and exchange policy for foundations:

Foundation Return Policy

No Returns:

  • Foundations: We do not accept returns for foundations. Once purchased, foundations are not eligible for return or refund.

Warranty Coverage

Three-Year Warranty:

  • Warranty: Our foundations come with a three-year warranty. This warranty ensures that, upon approval of your claim, we will replace your foundation at no additional charge.
  • Shipping Fee: Please note, there is a $75 shipping fee for the replacement foundation.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

  1. Contact Customer Service:

    • Reach out to our customer service team via email or phone to initiate a warranty claim.
    • Provide your order details and a description of the issue.
  2. Review and Approval:

    • Our team will review your claim and may request additional information or photos to assess the issue.
    • Once your claim is approved, we will proceed with the replacement process.
  3. Replacement and Shipping:

    • A replacement foundation will be shipped to you, and a $75 shipping fee will apply.
    • We will arrange for the delivery of the new foundation as soon as possible.
