At Glacier, we want to ensure your sleep experience starts off right beginning with a smooth and reliable delivery process. Here’s everything you need to know about how your Glacier adjustable base is shipped and delivered.

📦 How We Ship

All Glacier adjustable bases are shipped via FedEx Ground. This method is efficient and allows us to get your order to you safely and promptly. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can monitor the delivery progress every step of the way.

🚛 What to Expect with FedEx Delivery

FedEx Ground deliveries follow these guidelines:

• No Signature Required: In most cases, a signature is not required upon delivery, which means the package will be left at your doorstep or a secure location if you are not home.

• Residential-Friendly: Since we ship through FedEx, there is no need to schedule a special delivery appointment FedEx will deliver just like any other package to your home.

• Multiple Boxes: Adjustable bases may arrive in more than one box depending on the size and configuration. If you receive one box and are expecting more, the others may be arriving shortly after.

⏱ Estimated Delivery Time

Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Orders ship from our warehouse Monday through Friday.
